Service Description
Our English-speaking doctors visit your hotel room, allowing you to rest and recover without the stress of navigating a hospital. Our doctor's visit base fee (¥66,000) includes: ・Consultation fee ・Diagnostic testing fee : Point-of-care testing (e.g., Rapid Antigen Test for COVID/Flu) ・Medication fee : Essential medications dispensed on-site or prescription issuance The following additional charges may apply: ・Holiday/Weekend Surcharge : ¥11,000 ・Late-Night Surcharge (0:00 to 7:00) : ¥22,000 ・Document Preparation Fee (Optional, e.g., Medical Certificates) : ¥11,000 Travel Insurance Support: We provide an invoice and medical certificate (fee applies) that you can submit to your travel insurance for reimbursement. Eligibility and Booking Confirmation: This service is exclusively available to guests staying at hotels within Osaka City. If you are staying at a hotel outside of Osaka City, a consultation may be possible upon inquiry. An additional fee may apply depending on the location. After submitting your booking request, we will coordinate with your hotel's front desk to ensure a smooth visit. Payment methods: Payment is accepted in cash (Japanese Yen) and by major credit cards. Language support: Consultations are available in English. For other languages, an interpretation service via an App is available.
